Your New Role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join the different offices across Australia. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, managing sales enquiries, and supporting daily operations within a busy and fast-growing environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in-store, over the phone, and online to understand their needs.

  • Manage sales from initial enquiry through to order delivery.

  • Maintain a clean and organised showroom.

  • Coordinate orders, bookings, and after-sales support.

  • Assist with sales reports and customer database management.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, showroom, or sales environments.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

  • Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented.

  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence required.

  • Mandarin speaking ability will be an advantage.
