Your New Role
The Finance Director will take full responsibility for the company’s financial management framework, including financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit coordination, and project finance oversight. This role is positioned as a senior leader within the organisation and focuses on management, strategic planning, and financial governance.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the finance team and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting.
Improve financial policies, internal controls, and overall finance operations.
Oversee all taxation matters, including planning, compliance, and coordination with tax advisors.
Manage external audits and serve as the main contact for auditors, banks, and financial partners.
Monitor project budgets, cash flow, costs, and financial performance across development projects.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support funding, feasibility, and investment decisions.
Prepare forecasts, budgets, financial models, and strategic reports for senior management.
Job Requirements
Mandarin speaking preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
CPA or CA qualification (mandatory).
Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience, including leadership or management positions.
Strong background in property development, construction, real estate finance, or project-driven industries.
Solid understanding of Australian accounting standards, taxation regulations, and financial compliance frameworks.
Experience in external audit coordination and working with auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-entity corporate structures.
