Sales Manager – Property Development

Your New Role

As the Sales Manager, NSW, you will play a key role in driving sales for premium off-the-plan residential projects. This role combines both strategic sales leadership and hands-on client engagement. You will manage the full sales journey, from presentation to settlement—ensuring an exceptional customer experience for both local and overseas clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for off-the-plan residential and mixed-use projects in Sydney

  • Host and guide prospective buyers through project tours, display suites, and local site visits

  • Deliver engaging project presentations and provide professional consultation to clients

  • Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up

  • Collaborate with internal teams, agents, and marketing partners to maximise sales outcomes

  • Prepare and present regular sales activity and performance reports

  • Provide feedback and market insights to management to support continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in property or off-the-plan sales (residential project experience highly regarded)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • A genuine customer-first mindset with cultural awareness and professional service attitude

  • Well-organised, flexible, and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency highly desirable

  • NSW Real Estate Licence (Class 1 or 2) and valid Australian driver’s licence

  • Sound understanding of the Sydney property market

  • Full Australian working rights
