Our client is a leading cross-border e-commerce distribution and brand management company, specialising in health, wellness, beauty, and maternal products. They are dedicated to developing international markets and building long-term partnerships with both brand owners and distributors.

Your New Role

As an Account and Brand Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting brand growth and managing both upstream partners and downstream clients. The role suits either energetic newcomers who bring passion and a positive attitude to strengthen client relationships, or experienced coordinators with proven skills in brand partnerships and customer communication, able to deliver strong sales results with a mature and strategic approach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with cross-border supply chain and brand agency operations, driving the integration and synergy of internal and external resources.

  • Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with upstream brand partners and developing downstream wholesale clients.

  • Ensure brand positioning consistency and provide sales performance reports (Sell-in/Sell- out) to brand partners.

  • Manage wholesale and reseller channels, optimising distribution efficiency and achieving sales targets through promotional initiatives.

  • Conduct data analysis: monitor inventory turnover, distribution coverage (ND), and sales growth KPIs.

  • Build dynamic forecasting models using Excel/Power BI to predict demand.

Job Requirements

  • Open personality with the ability to build and maintain diverse customer and partner relationships.

  • Pragmatic, proactive problem-solver who stays motivated and consistently drives results.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in health product sales, channel sales, or brand coordination

    (experience in supplements, maternal and infant care, or beauty/cosmetics is preferred).

  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin.

  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint; CRM system experience is an

    advantage.

  • Sharp business sense with the ability to identify growth opportunities through data insights.

  • Capable of balancing brand and distributor interests effectively to achieve sustainable

    outcomes.

Salary & Benefits

  • $65,000 – $80,000 + superannuation + performance bonus (flexible, depending on experience)
