Your New Role
As a Sales Representative (Mandarin Speaking), you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships while achieving sales growth targets. This role provides an exciting opportunity to combine your sales expertise with your Mandarin language proficiency to deliver outstanding results.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers, building strong relationships and securing new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and KPIs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge and sales skills to stay competitive.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $90,000 – $135,000 per year + superannuation.
