Experienced Graduate Architect/Assistant Project Manager

Your New Role

You will work closely with external architects, consultants, builders, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered in line with design intent, quality standards, and programme objectives. The role is primarily office-based, with regular site involvement throughout the delivery phase.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to concept and schematic design, ensuring alignment with client and project requirements

  • Prepare and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and design documentation

  • Manage design coordination across consultants and contractors to meet project milestones

  • Liaise with high-end residential clients and act as the main point of contact for project queries

  • Assist with tendering, contract administration, RFIs, variations, and progress claims

  • Perform superintendent duties and conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, programme, and compliance

  • Resolve on-site technical issues, maintain design integrity, and enforce HSE standards

  • Provide regular project updates and present design solutions effectively

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field

  • 2–5 years’ experience in architecture or project coordination, including high-end residential projects, with a sound understanding of local building codes and regulations

  • Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail and communication skills

  • Well-organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with exposure to contract administration and superintendent duties

  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; bilingual in English and Chinese (preferred)
