Your New Role
Based in Melbourne’s south-east suburbs, this role focuses on supporting walk-in customers, processing orders and managing front-desk enquiries. You’ll work closely with sales, warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow while maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal for someone organised, friendly and proactive.
Job Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, managing all front desk enquiries.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients by providing excellent support and timely assistance.
Identifying and addressing customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to streamline order flow and improve efficiency.
Staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide relevant support.
Collecting and reporting customer feedback and service issues to relevant departments.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Experience in customer service, or the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
Well-spoken, friendly, and confident in both in-person and phone communication.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive team player with a positive “can-do” attitude.
