Your New Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in property management. You will be responsible for converting warm leads, building strong client relationships, and working closely with sales and property management teams to deliver exceptional service.Job Responsibilities

  • Convert warm leads into new property management clients

  • Conduct rental appraisals, property inspections, and client presentations

  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders, and investors

  • Collaborate with sales agents to support investor clients

  • Ensure properties are well-presented and marketed effectively

  • Provide monthly performance reports and maintain accurate CRM records

Job Requirements

  • Previous BDM experience (real estate preferred, but open to other industries)

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Agent’s Representative Certificate, valid driver’s licence, and reliable car

  • Strong organisational and presentation skills

  • Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly valued but not essential
