Finance Officer
Location: Brisbane

Your New Role
As a Finance Officer, you will support day-to-day finance operations, office administration and general business activities across commercial property projects.
Job Responsibilities
Support senior finance personnel in the company’s banking and treasury activities
Assist in preparing and collating banking and finance documentation for loan applications, annual reviews and refinancing processes
Coordinate internally to ensure timely provision of financial, corporate and project-related information required by banks and external advisors
Maintain accurate records of bank facilities, drawdowns and repayments
Assist with cash flow tracking, funding movements and internal finance reporting
Support consolidation of finance data for management review
Liaise with external accountants on BAS, tax and compliance matters
Provide general administrative support as required
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance, accounting or banking support role
Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
Exposure to banking documentation, loan facilities or cash flow reporting preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
