Finance Officer

Our client is a commercial-focused property development business, involved in the development and management of commercial assets. The business maintains solid cash reserves, providing a stable operating environment and supporting sustainable, long-term growth.

Your New Role

As a Finance Officer, you will support day-to-day finance operations, office administration and general business activities across commercial property projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support senior finance personnel in the company’s banking and treasury activities

  • Assist in preparing and collating banking and finance documentation for loan applications, annual reviews and refinancing processes

  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely provision of financial, corporate and project-related information required by banks and external advisors

  • Maintain accurate records of bank facilities, drawdowns and repayments

  • Assist with cash flow tracking, funding movements and internal finance reporting

  • Support consolidation of finance data for management review

  • Liaise with external accountants on BAS, tax and compliance matters

  • Provide general administrative support as required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance, accounting or banking support role

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline

  • Exposure to banking documentation, loan facilities or cash flow reporting preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
