Finance & Treasury Officer

Our client is an international investment and property development group with active projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The Australian business works closely with offshore stakeholders and multiple local banks to support ongoing development activity.
Your New Role
This role sits within the finance function and focuses on banking, treasury operations and project-related financial support, rather than day-to-day accounting.
You will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, external banks and advisors, ensuring funding processes and financial information are managed accurately, efficiently and on time.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact with multiple banks, supporting loan facilities, renewals and ongoing banking communications
Prepare, review and submit banking and finance documentation for loan applications, annual reviews and refinancing processes
Coordinate internally to ensure timely provision of financial, corporate and project-related information required by banks and advisors
Maintain accurate records of bank facilities, drawdowns, repayments, covenants and key banking contacts
Assist with cash flow tracking, funding movements and foreign exchange arrangements, particularly for cross-border transactions
Support consolidation of finance data for internal reporting and management review
Provide general finance and administrative support related to banking and treasury matters
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property development, investment, infrastructure or project-based environment
Exposure to banking facilities, loan documentation, treasury or cash flow support
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
Mandarin language skills are required, as the role involves regular communication with offshore stakeholders
