Finance & Treasury Officer

Location: Brisbane

Your New Company

Our client is an international investment and property development group with active projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The Australian business works closely with offshore stakeholders and multiple local banks to support ongoing development activity.

Your New Role

This role sits within the finance function and focuses on banking, treasury operations and project-related financial support, rather than day-to-day accounting.

You will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, external banks and advisors, ensuring funding processes and financial information are managed accurately, efficiently and on time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact with multiple banks, supporting loan facilities, renewals and ongoing banking communications

  • Prepare, review and submit banking and finance documentation for loan applications, annual reviews and refinancing processes

  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely provision of financial, corporate and project-related information required by banks and advisors

  • Maintain accurate records of bank facilities, drawdowns, repayments, covenants and key banking contacts

  • Assist with cash flow tracking, funding movements and foreign exchange arrangements, particularly for cross-border transactions

  • Support consolidation of finance data for internal reporting and management review

  • Provide general finance and administrative support related to banking and treasury matters

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property development, investment, infrastructure or project-based environment

  • Exposure to banking facilities, loan documentation, treasury or cash flow support

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline

  • Mandarin language skills are required, as the role involves regular communication with offshore stakeholders

What’s on Offer

  • Join a growing property development group with active projects in Queensland

  • Broad exposure to banking, funding and treasury operations in a project-driven environment

  • Stable, long-term role with direct exposure to senior management

  • Competitive salary package based on experience
