Your New Role
We’re seeking an energetic and commercially minded Sales Manager to lead and grow the company’s sales activities across Australia. You’ll play a key role in expanding the dealer network, managing key accounts, and driving both B2B and retail growth.
Job Responsibilities
Engage with customers in-store, by phone, and via email to understand their needs and recommend suitable 4x4 products, canopies, trays, and toolboxes.
Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to order entry, delivery tracking, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organised, and appealing showroom, effectively showcasing our extensive product range.
Coordinate bookings for accessory fitment and collaborate seamlessly with our workshop team to ensure high-quality and timely job completion.
Provide vital administrative support, which may include preparing sales reports and managing customer databases.
Participate in exciting 4x4 shows, open days, and other promotional events to showcase our brand and products.
Job Requirements
A genuine passion for 4x4ing, camping, or caravanning and the outdoor lifestyle is highly valued.
Proven experience in retail, sales, or showroom environments is essential.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
Solid computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new online order systems and software.
Sound product knowledge across the off-road spectrum, including Utes, trays, tubs, canopies, and accessories like lift kits, towing, and dual battery systems, is highly desirable.
A proactive, team-player attitude with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
A current Australian Driver's Licence is mandatory.
