Finance Officer
Location: Brisbane

Your New Role
You will support the business’s commercial loan and banking activities, assisting with bank communications, documentation, and funding-related requirements as projects progress, while also providing support to day-to-day finance and accounting tasks to help maintain accurate records
Job Responsibilities
Support commercial loan and banking matters by assisting with bank communications, documentation and follow-ups
Assist in preparing and submitting banking and finance documents for loan applications, renewals and lender requests
Maintain records relating to loan facilities, banking terms and repayments
Assist with cash flow tracking, funding movements and foreign exchange arrangements when required
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Provide general finance and administrative support as required
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
Experience in property, construction, or a project-based business is preferred
Good English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage
Any exposure to commercial loans, banking documents, or lender reporting would be an advantage
Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
