Finance Officer — Property Developer

Your New Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join the Australian operations of a property development group based in Brisbane. This role will serve as the primary liaison with banking partners, responsible for managing finance-related documentation and ensuring smooth and compliant financial operations across entities.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison with multiple banks; handle communications regarding loans, interest rates and financial product terms
Prepare, verify and submit banking and finance-related documents for applications and renewals
Coordinate internal information and ensure timely submission of supporting materials
Maintain accurate records of bank transactions, facilities and key banking contacts
Assist with cash flow management, foreign exchange arrangements and finance data consolidation for reporting as required
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in financial operations, banking liaison or similar function
Fluent English (including written correspondence and negotiation); able to communicate in Mandarin
Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong attention to detail
Experience working with Australian banks (e.g. ANZ, NAB, Westpac, CBA) is highly preferred
