Finance Officer — Property Developer

Your New Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join the Australian operations of a property development group based in Brisbane. This role will serve as the primary liaison with banking partners, responsible for managing finance-related documentation and ensuring smooth and compliant financial operations across entities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison with multiple banks; handle communications regarding loans, interest rates and financial product terms

  • Prepare, verify and submit banking and finance-related documents for applications and renewals

  • Coordinate internal information and ensure timely submission of supporting materials

  • Maintain accurate records of bank transactions, facilities and key banking contacts

  • Assist with cash flow management, foreign exchange arrangements and finance data consolidation for reporting as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in financial operations, banking liaison or similar function

  • Fluent English (including written correspondence and negotiation); able to communicate in Mandarin

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong attention to detail

  • Experience working with Australian banks (e.g. ANZ, NAB, Westpac, CBA) is highly preferred
