HR Coordinator

Your New Role

As the HR Coordinator, you will support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. You will work closely with department leaders in Operations, Warehouse, and Sales, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview scheduling.

  • Prepare employment contracts, onboarding packs, and maintain personnel files.

  • Support new employee inductions and training coordination.

  • Assist with probation tracking, performance reviews, and leave management.

  • Maintain HR records, policies, and update the HR system.

  • Support compliance with Fair Work, NES, Awards, and WHS regulations.

  • Assist with payroll accuracy and timesheet collection (Xero/KeyPay).

  • Coordinate staff engagement activities and internal communications.

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and training completion.

  • Provide general HR and administrative support to managers and staff.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of HR administration or coordination experience in Australia.

  • Good understanding of Fair Work, NES, and basic WHS principles.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin language skills highly regarded.

  • Confident using MS Office and HR/payroll systems (Xero/KeyPay).

  • A proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Right to work in Australia.
