HR Coordinator

Your New Role
As the HR Coordinator, you will support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. You will work closely with department leaders in Operations, Warehouse, and Sales, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview scheduling.
Prepare employment contracts, onboarding packs, and maintain personnel files.
Support new employee inductions and training coordination.
Assist with probation tracking, performance reviews, and leave management.
Maintain HR records, policies, and update the HR system.
Support compliance with Fair Work, NES, Awards, and WHS regulations.
Assist with payroll accuracy and timesheet collection (Xero/KeyPay).
Coordinate staff engagement activities and internal communications.
Prepare HR reports and metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and training completion.
Provide general HR and administrative support to managers and staff.
Job Requirements
1–2 years of HR administration or coordination experience in Australia.
Good understanding of Fair Work, NES, and basic WHS principles.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin language skills highly regarded.
Confident using MS Office and HR/payroll systems (Xero/KeyPay).
A proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Right to work in Australia.
