Your New Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for brand promotion, marketing campaigns, and managing both online and offline channels. This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional with a passion for real estate and strong execution skills.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute brand promotion and marketing campaigns.
Manage and maintain online and offline channels, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, TikTok), company website, and third-party platforms.
Write marketing copy, press releases, advertisements, and related content.
Assist with video shooting and editing for property promotion and brand exposure.
Maintain strong relationships with partners and media outlets to expand marketing resources.
Analyse market data and provide regular marketing performance reports for management decision-making.
Support the sales team with marketing materials, brochures, and event preparation.
Job Requirements
1–3 years of marketing experience in real estate or related industries preferred.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Strong content planning, copywriting, and creative design skills.
Basic skills in video shooting and editing preferred.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Strong teamwork and execution abilities, with the capacity to multitask effectively.
Knowledge of the Australian real estate market is an advantage.
