Your New Role

As a Property Manager Assistant, you will support the Property Manager with day-to-day leasing and property management tasks, ensuring high-quality client service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Manager with daily leasing tasks, including tenant communication, rent follow-up, and maintenance coordination.

  • Coordinate property inspections, routine checks, and prepare reports.

  • Support the preparation, renewal, and filing of lease agreements and related documents.

  • Liaise with third-party maintenance suppliers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

  • Maintain tenant relationships and promptly respond to inquiries and requests.

  • Assist with billing, expense claims, and system data entry.

  • Perform other support tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred.

  • Knowledge of Australian rental regulations and processes preferred.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

  • Valid driver’s licence preferred.
