Your New Role
As a Property Manager Assistant, you will support the Property Manager with day-to-day leasing and property management tasks, ensuring high-quality client service.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Property Manager with daily leasing tasks, including tenant communication, rent follow-up, and maintenance coordination.
Coordinate property inspections, routine checks, and prepare reports.
Support the preparation, renewal, and filing of lease agreements and related documents.
Liaise with third-party maintenance suppliers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Maintain tenant relationships and promptly respond to inquiries and requests.
Assist with billing, expense claims, and system data entry.
Perform other support tasks as required by management.
Job Requirements
Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred.
Knowledge of Australian rental regulations and processes preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good English written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
Valid driver’s licence preferred.
