Your New Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to support property sales and rental campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and engage both local and international audiences. You will manage a variety of digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring campaigns are impactful, timely, and aligned with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans and digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
Create and manage online content, including EDMs, social media, blogs, and website updates.
Coordinate marketing materials such as photography, videography, and signage for property listings.
Liaise with designers, agencies, and media platforms to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Analyse marketing performance and prepare reports to inform future strategies.
Support brand development, PR activities, and community engagement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant marketing experience (real estate/property industry preferred).
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Strong writing, communication, and project coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Fluency in English; Mandarin or other additional languages are highly regarded.
