Your New Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to provide administrative and project support to the Project Director. This role offers hands-on exposure to the property development sector and is ideal for graduates or entry-level candidates.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and project support to the Project Director
- Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and maintaining project documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders to support smooth project communication
- Support in tracking budgets, expenses, and project accounts
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written); Cantonese an advantage
- Strong organisational, time management, and documentation skills
- Background or interest in bookkeeping and property development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must hold valid working rights in Australia
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Salary & Benefits
- Part-time position based in Chatswood, NSW
- Competitive pay from $30,000 per year (pro-rata)
- Minimum of 20 hours per week
