Your New Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties, acting as the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and tradespeople. This role offers full training for candidates without prior experience, and senior positions with fast-tracked promotions for experienced applicants.

Job Responsibilities

·       Act as a primary contact for property owners, tenants, and trades.

·       Assist with inspections, including property viewings, entry, and routine checks.

·       Manage marketing and advertising campaigns for rental properties.

·       Provide maintenance support to landlords and tenants.

·       Carry out general property management and administrative tasks.

·       Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Job Requirements

·       Previous experience in property management is desirable but not essential (full training provided).

·       Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Willingness to learn and grow within the business.

·       Ability to speak basic Chinese is an advantage but not compulsory.

·       Current Australian work rights are required.

Salary & Benefits

·       Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 per annum plus superannuation.
