A globally recognised college in Sydney, seeking to expand its presence among Mandarin-speaking markets. You will join a collaborative and inclusive team driving international student recruitment through innovative marketing and agent partnerships.
Your New Role
As Student Recruitment & Marketing Manager (Mandarin-Speaking Markets), you will develop and execute marketing and recruitment strategies specifically tailored to Mandarin-speaking regions, including Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, and beyond. You will be pivotal in managing agent relations, campaign initiatives, and strategic events to drive enrolments.
Job Responsibilities
Foster relationships with onshore and offshore education agents in Mandarin-speaking regions to drive integrated recruitment strategies.
Support implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital content, brochures, website updates, and event promotion.
Plan and participate in domestic and international education missions, fairs, and exhibitions targeting Mandarin markets.
Assist with strategic pricing and promotion planning to maximise revenue and competitive positioning.
Attain or exceed recruitment targets and maintain outstanding stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with leadership on marketing strategy and brand representation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing or recruitment roles within the education sector.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and rapport with partners.
Strategic thinker with high-level organisational and multitasking abilities.
Resilient, driven, and self-motivated, with strong performance orientation.
Willingness to travel interstate and internationally.
