Your New Role
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-level technical assistance to clients. The ideal candidate will have a computer science or related engineering background, with experience in security systems or smart home devices being highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients and projects.
Deliver product training and technical documentation.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product and service quality.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
1+ years’ experience in technical support or similar roles, ideally in smart hardware or security systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Experience with IoT devices, network configuration, or smart home technology. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
