Building Manager

Your New Role
As the Building Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a multi-strata residential property. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. You will act as the primary liaison between the strata committee, residents, and contractors.
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily building operations, including supervising on-site staff and contractors.
Conduct quarterly building inspections and prepare detailed reports on facilities and maintenance needs.Act as the main contact for all building-related matters, liaising with the Strata Committee.
Maintain accurate records in Building Management Software (MYBOS).
Oversee contractor management, compliance, and documentation.
Manage security systems, access control, and emergency procedures.
Coordinate remedial projects and ongoing maintenance works.
Conduct quarterly meetings with the Committee to provide operational updates.
Ensure AFSS compliance and implement resident communication systems.
Prepare and submit regular operational and incident reports.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Building Manager in multi-strata residential properties
Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Strong knowledge of strata property management, building codes, and WHS regulations.
Proficiency in Building Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Strata or Building Management) highly desirable.
