Your New Role

As a Chinese Speaking Property Manager, you will manage residential properties, focusing on providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants. You will work closely with clients, ensuring smooth property operations, handling tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance, and supporting the property portfolio within the CBD area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties in the Melbourne CBD.

  • Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.

  • Handle leasing, tenancy renewals, and rent reviews.

  • Coordinate property maintenance and inspections.

  • Liaise with contractors, trades, and service providers.

  • Ensure compliance with industry legislation and agency standards.

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare property reports.

  • Work collaboratively with the property management team.

Job Requirements

  • Agents Representative Certificate (required).

  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, with strong English communication skills.

  • Previous real estate experience preferred, but not essential.

  • Police clearance and Working With Children Check required.

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.

  • Technology-savvy and comfortable with property management software.

  • Driver’s licence and car preferred, though not essential for CBD properties.
