Trust Account Officer

A leading real estate company in Sydney is seeking an experienced Trust Account Officer to manage its property trust accounts.
Your New Role
You will be responsible for overseeing trust account transactions, ensuring compliance with NSW regulations, and supporting property and sales teams.
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily trust account transactions including rent, deposits, and sales funds.
Ensure all trust account operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Perform reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual trust account statements.
Assist with audit preparation and maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with property management, sales, and customer service teams to resolve account issues.
Monitor compliance with changes in NSW trust account legislation.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of trust account management experience in real estate or property management.
Knowledge of NSW trust account laws and regulations.
Proficiency in trust account software such as PropertyMe, REST, or Console Cloud.
Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
