Your New Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to meet growth targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Prepare and present business proposals, participate in contract negotiations, and secure successful deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Analyse market trends and competitive dynamics to provide strategic recommendations.
Maintain accurate and timely data within the CRM system.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or related fields, ideally within technology or digital solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
Proven target-driven mindset with self-motivation and resilience under pressure.
Knowledge of market analysis tools and sales forecasting methods, with strong strategic thinking ability.
Adaptability to fast-changing environments and strong problem-solving skills.
Valid Australian work rights.
Experience in the technology industry or digital product sales.
Familiarity with the SME market and understanding of their business needs.
Multilingual abilities to engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
