Your New Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting rental properties, managing the leasing process, and maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for real estate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and market rental properties, conduct open inspections, and handle tenant enquiries.

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings while following up with prospective tenants.

  • Manage the full leasing process, including applications, reference checks, lease agreements, and move-in arrangements.

  • Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

  • Assist with daily communication between landlords and tenants.

  • Provide regular updates and market feedback to the management team.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Self-motivated with good sales acumen.

  • Previous experience in property leasing is an advantage (graduates are welcome as full training is provided).

  • Valid NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.

  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

  • Fluency in English; Mandarin skills will be highly regarded.
