Your New Role
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting rental properties, managing the leasing process, and maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for real estate.
Job Responsibilities
Promote and market rental properties, conduct open inspections, and handle tenant enquiries.
Arrange and conduct property viewings while following up with prospective tenants.
Manage the full leasing process, including applications, reference checks, lease agreements, and move-in arrangements.
Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Assist with daily communication between landlords and tenants.
Provide regular updates and market feedback to the management team.
Job Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with good sales acumen.
Previous experience in property leasing is an advantage (graduates are welcome as full training is provided).
Valid NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
Fluency in English; Mandarin skills will be highly regarded.
