Your New Role
This is a strategic and hands-on role that blends business planning, customer acquisition and commercial negotiation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and support new product development aligned with market needs.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies and sales plans.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Build, manage and retain strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities to expand market coverage.
Provide customer and market insights to support product development initiatives.
Maintain a detailed understanding of product offerings, pricing, and value propositions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial documents.
Negotiate with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders to secure profitable outcomes.
Analyse business strengths, market gaps and customer needs.
Research emerging market trends and viable growth channels.
Stay informed on local and international automotive aftermarket developments.
Draft, review or support contract documentation to ensure compliance.
Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline progress and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in business development, account management or internal sales, ideally within automotive or industrial trade sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
Analytical thinking, accuracy, and strong follow-through.
Positive, self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
A valid driver’s licence.
