Site Project Coordinator

Your New Role
This role is primarily responsible for assisting the Project Manager with day-to-day site operations, including construction progress tracking, quality and safety inspections, subcontractor coordination, and onsite documentation management. The position requires strong execution at the project site, ensuring construction progresses according to schedule while supporting the developer with supervision, reporting, and communication.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager with daily on-site operations and ensure smooth coordination across all construction activities.
Monitor and follow up on construction progress, ensuring timely communication of updates and issues.
Conduct basic quality and safety inspections to ensure works comply with relevant standards and project requirements.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Maintain and manage all site documentation, including drawings, reports, meeting minutes, and construction records.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports and support project meetings when required.
Ensure the site is organised, compliant and operating according to safety procedures.
Assist with project handover documentation and practical completion tasks.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in construction, development, site coordination, or similar roles.
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with subcontractors and consultants.
Good understanding of construction workflow, site safety, and quality requirements.
Ability to work independently on-site and follow project deadlines.
Competent in using Microsoft Office and basic document management systems.
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Valid driver’s licence.
