Your New Role

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth across the automotive aftermarket channel by developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and promoting the company’s product range to trade customers, resellers, workshops and distributors. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on sales execution, requiring strong product knowledge, market insight and a proactive approach to identifying commercial opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to drive growth.

  • Identify, engage and convert new business opportunities across trade, retail and distributor channels.

  • ldentify and map business strengths, market gaps, and customer needs.

  • Research emerging business opportunities and viable income streams.

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.

  • Report on sales performance, pipeline status and improvement areas.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in business development, account management or internal sales, ideally within automotive or industrial trade sectors.

  • Good commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills.

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement capability.

  • Positive, self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
