Your New Role

Based at our Melbourne facility in the south east, this role is primarily responsible for leading end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock control and order fulfilment. As a secondary duty, you will assist walk-in customers with enquiries and basic product information when required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation and dispatch.

  • Ensure order accuracy, timely fulfilment and consistent service standards.

  • Maintain stock integrity through cycle counts, reconciliation and accurate system updates.

  • Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders and basic after-sales requests when required.

  • Provide product availability, pricing and delivery updates to trade customers and resellers.

  • Coordinate closely with the Sydney head office on purchasing, stock planning and logistics scheduling.

  • Support BDM activities by sharing customer data, order records and operational insights.

  • Identify operational issues and drive continuous improvements in workflow, warehouse layout and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and WHS obligations.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain or operations management

  • Good understanding of inventory control processes and stock accuracy principles.

  • Ability to handle customer enquiries with a friendly, professional attitude and provide clear, timely support.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of automotive parts is an advantage

  • Able to speak Mandarin is a plus but not essential
