Site Project Coordinator

Your New Role

In this role, you will support the Project Manager with day-to-day site operations, including tracking construction progress, conducting quality and safety inspections, coordinating subcontractors, and managing onsite documentation.

You will play a key role in ensuring the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule, while providing the developer with consistent onsite supervision, clear reporting, and effective communication.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager with daily on-site operations and ensure smooth coordination across all construction activities.

  • Monitor and follow up on construction progress, ensuring timely communication of updates and issues.

  • Conduct basic quality and safety inspections to ensure works comply with relevant standards and project requirements.

  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and resolve on-site issues promptly.

  • Maintain and manage all site documentation, including drawings, reports, meeting minutes, and construction records.

  • Ensure the site is organised, compliant and operating according to safety procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in construction, site coordination, or similar roles.

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English

  • Good organisational and communication skills

  • Good understanding of construction workflow, site safety, and quality requirements.
