Executive Assistant (Real Estate)

Your New Role

As an Executive Assistant / Property Administrator, you will provide comprehensive support to the management team, oversee property-related administrative tasks, and contribute to the coordination of real estate projects. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with excellent organisational skills and a strong interest in the property and real estate sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise property managers and oversee rental property operations.

  • Coordinate duplex development projects and manage construction timelines.

  • Handle utility payments and administration for properties under construction.

  • Monitor property-related bank accounts and assist with reconciliations.

  • Support mortgage brokers with loan documentation and settlement coordination.

  • Manage post-settlement processes, including key collection and property listings.

  • Provide administrative and personal support to senior management as required.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.

  • Prior experience in real estate administration or property development preferred.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliations advantageous.

  • Must be able to pass police, background, and social media checks (consent form required).
