Your New Role
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will join a dynamic team with opportunities ranging from entry-level to senior level. Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-quality service throughout the property sales process.
Manage property listings, conduct open inspections, and negotiate sales to achieve client and company objectives.
Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously improve sales techniques and performance.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring strong community engagement and client trust.
Stay informed on local property market trends to provide accurate advice and insights.
Job Requirements
Valid NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 1 / Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
A reliable vehicle and full driver’s licence.
Strong personal presentation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven, with a strong desire to achieve financial and professional success.
Open to both entry-level candidates eager to learn and experienced agents seeking to advance their careers.
Mandarin language skills highly regarded.
