Your New Role

We are seeking a motivated and accredited Exercise Physiologist to join a supportive and growing team in Chester Hill. This full-time role offers opportunities to work across varied settings, contribute to patient care, and develop your professional career within a structured program that encourages growth, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess patients with musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions, including workplace, motor vehicle, NDIS, Home Care Package, and sports-related cases.

  • Prescribe, instruct, and supervise exercise-based treatments, including gym and hydrotherapy programs.

  • Deliver health education and lifestyle modification support to patients.

  • Provide services across diverse settings, including clinics, homes, gyms, pools, and workplaces.

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and provide high-quality reports.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with patients, referrers, and collaborators.

Job Requirements

  • Full ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.

  • Eligible for Medicare registration.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills.

  • Ability to assess, prescribe, and supervise exercise interventions for musculoskeletal and chronic health conditions.

  • Organised, adaptable, and coachable team player.

  • Professional Indemnity Insurance, valid Police Check, and Working With Children Check.

  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

  • Mandarin language skills highly regarded but not essential.

Salary & Benefits

  • $75,000 – $103,000 per annum plus superannuation.
