Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team and oversee daily operations. This full-time role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service across both dining and event settings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the front-of-house team to maintain premium service standards.

  • Train staff for diverse dining formats and event requirements, fostering teamwork and professionalism.

  • Oversee scheduling, rostering, and operational documentation.

  • Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.

  • Coordinate and manage events, including private dining, weddings, and corporate functions.

  • Liaise with clients to ensure all requirements are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Provide attentive and personalised service to all guests.

  • Handle enquiries, special requests, and ensure memorable experiences.

  • Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and manage costs effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ restaurant management experience, ideally in fine dining and event hosting.

  • Strong knowledge of bar and wine service highly regarded.

  • Mandarin language skills essential; fluent English communication required.

  • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Proficiency in computer systems for rostering, reporting, and operations.

  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary & Benefits

  • $75,000 – $85,000 per annum.
