Your New Role

Are you passionate about building secure, seamless, and scalable IT environments? This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of internal systems infrastructure, leading the administration of Microsoft 365, Jira platforms, and enterprise access control tools—empowering teams across the business to work efficiently and securely.

Job Responsibilities

- Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security groups.
- Configure and manage Jira workflows, permissions, and user roles; oversee Jira Service Management for IT requests and incidents.
- Implement and manage access permissions, ensuring appropriate role-based access.
- Set up and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Azure AD and related platforms.
- Enforce IT security policies, including MFA, encryption, and password standards.
- Manage user lifecycle processes for onboarding and offboarding.
- Deploy and manage mobile/endpoint devices via Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
- Monitor system logs, conduct audits, and respond to security incidents.
- Automate repetitive tasks through PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting.
- Ensure systems comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and relevant regulations; support audit processes.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in system administration or IT configuration.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Service Management.
- Knowledge of SSO technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure AD.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- Familiarity with access control and user lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
