Your New Role
As a Property Sales Associate, you will promote property listings, conduct inspections and open homes, and manage the sales process from enquiry through to contract exchange. You’ll build strong client relationships, negotiate offers, and drive sales outcomes. This role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, enabling you to connect effectively with local and international buyers.
Job Responsibilities
Promote residential and commercial property listings
Conduct open homes and property inspections
Negotiate offers and finalize contracts
Build strong networks within the Mandarin-speaking community
Job Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin and English
Current NSW Real Estate Certificate or License
Sales experience in the property industry preferred
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
