Your New Role

We are seeking a Logistics Business Development Manager to drive growth in the warehousing and distribution sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, securing new clients, and expanding the company's logistics footprint in the Australian market.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and engage new customers, tailoring logistics solutions to their needs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams for seamless service delivery
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, interactions, and transactions
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Job Requirements

- Proven sales experience in supply chain, warehousing, and distribution industries
- Strong understanding of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English
- Strong organisational and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
