Equipped with advanced German and Italian manufacturing equipment, the company supports customers across the full lifecycle of their window and door systems, from design and installation to maintenance and upgrades. As the Sydney showroom expands, the business seeks motivated professionals to join its dynamic team.
Your New Role
We are seeking a proactive Market Development Specialist to join the Sydney showroom team. In this role, you will engage with builders, designers, and industry professionals to drive business development, introduce products, and strengthen client relationships. This position is ideal for candidates with construction industry experience, especially in aluminium doors and windows.
Job Responsibilities
• Engage with builders, designers, and industry professionals to identify client needs and business opportunities
• Match and introduce suitable aluminium door and window solutions to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients to confirm and clarify requirements
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through professional service
• Provide ongoing support to the sales team and assist with ad hoc tasks as required by the Sales Manager or Team Leader
Job Requirements
• Previous experience in the construction industry is essential
• Candidates with existing resources or networks in the aluminium doors and windows sector will be highly regarded
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building skills
• Full legal working rights in Australia
Salary & Benefits
• Competitive base salary of $80,000 – $100,000 per annum
