Your New Role

We are seeking a Marketing Officer to design and implement digital marketing strategies, conduct investment market analysis, and engage with prospective investors. The successful candidate will combine marketing expertise with financial acumen to drive investor engagement and strengthen the company’s brand presence.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, WeChat, and EDMs
• Prepare marketing content and investor communications, including brochures, pitch decks, and product summaries
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends
• Manage and optimise the company website and social media platforms to improve brand visibility
• Build and manage CRM and EDM campaigns, maintaining communication with current and prospective investors
• Coordinate investor events such as webinars, roadshows, and networking activities
• Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing recommendations for campaign optimisation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, finance, or investment-related roles
• Strong understanding of financial products and regulatory compliance
• Proven skills in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin required; additional Asian language skills advantageous
• Valid Full Driver Licence required
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary package of $80,000 – $90,000 per annum
• Full-time permanent role based in St Leonards, NSW
