Your New Role

As a Chinese Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies for the Chinese-speaking community, enhancing lead generation, and driving student enrolments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Chinese-market marketing strategies to increase lead generation and conversions.

  • Research competitor and industry trends to improve campaign performance.

  • Design cross-platform marketing materials, including WeChat, RED, digital flyers, and social media posts.

  • Coordinate marketing automation tasks such as scheduling posts and managing campaign materials.

  • Manage end-to-end webinar campaigns, from content creation to hosting and reporting.

  • Work closely with sales and global marketing teams to adapt assets and align campaign strategies.

  • Track and analyse lead generation and conversion metrics to optimise results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

  • Experience in marketing within the education or EdTech sector is highly regarded.

  • Strong design and copywriting skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.

  • Excellent time management and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
