Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to design and execute data-driven marketing strategies that support business growth. You will collaborate with sales, project, and relationship management teams to develop impactful campaigns, enhance brand recognition, and engage with a diverse audience.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create engaging content for websites, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
Plan, execute, and analyse digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email).
Conduct competitive market research and trend analysis.
Manage stakeholder relationships with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
Organise and execute events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
Enhance brand visibility and reputation through consistent messaging.
Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies using data insights.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in marketing (property/real estate industry desirable).
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven project management and multitasking capabilities.
Current driver’s licence required.
Proficiency in English required; Mandarin highly regarded.
Salary & Benefits
$85,000 – $90,000 per annum plus superannuation.
