With a growing global customer base, the company is expanding its presence and is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business growth both locally and internationally.
Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee multiple store locations across Brisbane. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a passion for fashion trends. You will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales, managing operations, and shaping the customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple retail store operations across Brisbane.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales and service excellence.
Collaborate with headquarters on marketing, promotions, and campaigns.
Ensure stores deliver engaging visual merchandising aligned with current fashion trends.
Manage supplier communications, stock control, sourcing, and quality checks.
Conduct competitive market research and introduce new products to meet customer demand.
Oversee sales reporting, budgeting, and financial targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and operational standards.
Build a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Use English and additional language skills (Korean/Chinese desirable) to liaise with suppliers and customers.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ multi-site retail management experience.
Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Passion for fashion retail and understanding of emerging trends.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English required; Korean and/or Mandarin highly regarded.
Current driver’s licence and flexibility for interstate travel if required.
Salary & Benefits
$75,000 – $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
