Your New Role
As a Mortgage Broker, you will help clients secure the best financing options to suit their needs while expanding your professional network within the real estate and finance sectors. This role offers flexible compensation (PAYG + commission or commission-only), mentorship, and a hybrid work model to support long-term success in mortgage broking.
Job Responsibilities
Assess client financial needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
Manage mortgage applications from initial consultation through to settlement.
Identify and convert new business opportunities across lead-generation channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry partners.
Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in mortgage broking or lending (minimum 1 year preferred).
Bilingual skills essential – Mandarin and English fluency required; additional languages (Vietnamese, Korean, Thai) highly valued.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for client success.

Base salary from $60,000 + commission OR commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential.
