Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, and ensure the smooth running of business functions. This role is integral to maintaining efficient workflows, supporting project teams, and upholding compliance with company and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and review office service standards, workflows, and priorities

  • Manage office facilities, shared resources, and day-to-day operations

  • Supervise and support administrative staff, including recruitment and performance management

  • Oversee accounts, expense tracking, and payment processing

  • Coordinate procurement and upkeep of office equipment and IT systems

  • Conduct inventory checks and manage supplies

  • Implement and monitor Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards and training

  • Maintain company records, filing systems, and accurate documentation

  • Support project coordination, scheduling, and workflow alignment

  • Manage client and supplier communications, meetings, and site visits

  • Collect and compile data for management reporting and planning

  • Prepare and distribute internal updates and operational reports

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in office management

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Business or related field

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency advantageous

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $78,000 – $85,000 per year

  • Full-time, permanent role based in Guildford, NSW
