Our client is an innovative Australian-based manufacturer specialising in premium models, gifts, and promotional items for international corporate clients and collectors. With a growing global customer base, the company is expanding its presence and is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business growth both locally and internationally.
Your New Role
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market reach. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for someone with a balance of commercial insight, creativity, and strong execution capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients and partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media and e-commerce.
Organise trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
Monitor market trends, analyse competitor activity, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage sales and marketing budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
Ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all channels.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing management (aviation or promotional products industry desirable).
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and executing marketing strategies.
Experience in handling international client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, tools, and Mac OS.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Ability to manage multiple projects independently with commercial awareness..
Salary & Benefits
