A reputable education and training provider with campuses in Melbourne and Tasmania is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales / Student Recruitment Executive to join its dynamic team. The institution offers a wide range of nationally recognised courses and is committed to supporting students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Your New Role

In this role, you will focus on sales, marketing, and student recruitment across Asian markets. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with education agents and partners, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving recruitment targets. This position offers the chance to contribute directly to the college’s growth strategy while representing it in industry forums and events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a professional network with education and migration agencies, industry bodies, and forums

  • Meet monthly sales and recruitment performance targets

  • Identify, develop, and implement innovative business initiatives within allocated budgets

  • Undertake sales and marketing activities that drive quality student enrolments

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with education agents

  • Conduct market research and visits to industry sites to assess training needs and opportunities

  • Screen agent applications, prepare agreements, and monitor performance

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and monitor student and employer satisfaction

  • Stay informed of changes in the VET sector, including regulatory and training package updates

  • Support compliance with ESOS Framework and other legislative requirements

  • Uphold organisational policies and act in a professional, ethical manner at all times

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

  • Legal Australian work rights

  • Ability to communicate in one or more Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian, Tagalog, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Hindi, or Nepalese)

  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with strong commitment to achieving results

  • Willingness to travel interstate and internationally when required
